Long wait but overall good I am always treated great by everyone at Miller, and I went in for my first oil change on my VW Tiguan after purchasing it here, using my free oil cha I am always treated great by everyone at Miller, and I went in for my first oil change on my VW Tiguan after purchasing it here, using my free oil change coupon, but expected to pay a bit for upgrading to full synthetic. There are two service centers and I entered the wrong one at first (for GM vehicles) because the other service window says “commercial vehicles“ so it would be nice if that was more clearly marked for the customers. When I arrived in the right service bay I was greeted, shown to the waiting areas, and told it would be about 45 minutes... it ended up taking an hour and a half, so I was getting a bit impatient, but when I went to pay my bill was for $0 so I can’t complain! More
