Recall service I went into Miller for a safety recall that they told me about (nothing came in the mail from Nissan) and for them to fix a noise. A tech went for a ride with me and heard the noise and they were able to do the safety recall service and repair the part making the noise. This was all done within a reasonable time that worked with my schedule. All of the people I dealt with were awesome. More

Not happy The appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks. When arrived had to tell them what I needed done. Was told appointment would take an 1 1/2 hours. Was told need new tires and alignment and when asked why. He said he'd email it. The only thing on the email was price for tires. On top of that it wasn't washed when i picked it up. More

Parts should have been ordered before my appointment I was told when I made my appointment that they couldnt get me in for a week and half, because they had to order the part. So when I showed up for my I was told when I made my appointment that they couldnt get me in for a week and half, because they had to order the part. So when I showed up for my recall on my car. I thought everything was a go. after leaving my car there. I got a phone call that they do need to do the recall,but have to order the parts for it so I can come back after they get the parts.I disagreed with the man and said they should have already ordered the parts when I first made the appointment. He called me back after a few minutes and said he will take the parts of another order that they had but the apt wasnt for a nother week. That made me happy to hear because I live 1/2 hour away and didnt want to come back again. So he told me it would be about 45 min to complete the job. So I returned after 30 min and waiting in there waiting area. I thought I seen my call pull out of the shop, so I waited for the phone call that it was done. No call, so maybe it wasnt my car I seen. After 1hour and 1/2 I decided to go up and ask how much longer it would be... To find out they had already finished my car a while ago but let me sit there for a extra 45 min without a call that it was done. I understand they are busy there, but so am I. My time is valuable just as theirs is. I would say they did a good job fixing my car I think, it was just I recall but I am sure they did the job they were supposed to do. And they fix a little issue that I had them look at. But as far as respecting my time and thinking I have nothing better to do then sit there, That was very poor on there part! More
