I just want to say that I really did not think I would get all the customer service that I got. Usually when I go into a dealer I just start looking around and then it all get's to much I think you look get all the customer service that I got. Usually when I go into a dealer I just start looking around and then it all get's to much I think you look good in that car, I think it's you and all that junk. But when I got to Miller I was treated the way a customer should be treated. Mick Lewandowski was one of the best sales people I have seen in a long time. He let us know all about the car we were looking at and every thing else we wanted. Wasn't a pushing sale person witch I really liked. Once that was done we meet Mr.Wayne Breum the business manager what a nice person. Wayne did every thing he could to get the car we wanted and payments we needed. Short of the story I will be doning all my car shopping at Miller. I just don't think they could not get any better. By the way the same day we drove out of the lot with a good deal and a new car. I had my first contact with Miller Chevrolet via email & phone with Brandon Powell & he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable with the info I needed about a new 2012 Suburban my wife & I were interested i & phone with Brandon Powell & he was extremely helpful & knowledgeable with the info I needed about a new 2012 Suburban my wife & I were interested in. When we drove to the dealership I was greeted by Brandon & introduced to Mike Lewandowski. Mike was super & really knew what he was doing & went out of his way to make sure everything was right with our new suburban & that we knew how to operate all the various electronics, seats, warranties, etc. We drove 45 miles to this dealership & it was well worth the drive as this vehicle purchase experience was easily the best & most painless I've ever had & I would recommend Miller Chevorlet along with Brandon and Mike & the other employees who helped us & give all of them a solid 10+ Rating. Made my first contact via Internet, email with Brandon Powell, he gave me the need information to pursue the purchase of a 2005 Corvette, since I live 250 miles away my brothers in the local area drove th Powell, he gave me the need information to pursue the purchase of a 2005 Corvette, since I live 250 miles away my brothers in the local area drove the car and gave a humps up. I made a quick trip down, working with Mickey Knettel on the phone and in person, he made the deal click like clock work, within two hours I had test drove, and purchased the Vette And was on my way home with my like new 2005 Corvette. We had mud flaps and sealant on the hood installed on our new Chevy Silverado that we bought a month ago at Miller Chev. It was a very quick process and was easy to get the job done. On a scale of 1 to 5... I give Miller Chev a 5. They have great customer service on the sales floor and also in their service dept. The customer service that Sean our Sales guy provided was Excellent. He was great customer service on the sales floor and also in their service dept. The customer service that Sean our Sales guy provided was Excellent. He was very Patient with us... especially the wife who had 1000+ questions and concerns regarding buying a new vehicle. From the saftey features and reliability on the chevy cruze to the low car payments we NEEDED. We needed a dependable reliable car with great gas mileage and we needed to save money. We got what we needed plus even few extra bells and whistles. We also received a good Trade in allowance from our truck. We hope to be able to purchase another new vehicle in a few years and will be going back to Miller for this purchase. Thanks to everyone at Miller for helping us with our purchase!!!!! More

I recently traded my 09 Aveo in for a 10 Chevy Impala. I absolutely love the car but had to have it in for a repair on the windshield wiper motor. I was a little upset as I was having consistant problems w absolutely love the car but had to have it in for a repair on the windshield wiper motor. I was a little upset as I was having consistant problems with the Aveo and wanted to purchase a car with less headache. Having only had the car for 2 weeks and then having to be back in service was upsetting. Bryan took very good care of me. He rushed my car into service and they determined the motor needed to be replaced for the wiper fluid. Done in and out of there in about 1 hour. Bryan personally came out to the Diner area to explain what was repaired and offered me a Free Oil change for my inconvience. I very much appreciate the way your service team treats me each and every time I come in. More
