I can always count on Mike Bestgen. I have bought numerous vehicles from him through the years.All to often in the car industry a salesman is helpful up until the sale is made. However, I have been a very satisfied customer who received exceptional and thorough service before, during, and after my vehicle purchase and appreciate Mike Bestgen’s exceptional service! Mike Bestgen listened and understood my vehicle needs and went beyond the normal business practice by working through the process of elimination to find the PERFECT vehicle for my family‘s needs. As a single mom who puts a lot of miles on my vehicle, with kids in the car, he took the time to help me find a vehicle that would serve my family well by staying on the road and not in the shop saving me the logistical headaches and financial hardships down the road. He was a genuine person who explained practical tips to me to help me to make a wise vehicle choice as I moved up here from a southern state, which helped me get much more vehicle than what I realized I would need in MN. Mike helped me consider many more details that I would have overlooked. Thank goodness I purchased a wonderful “Jimmy” with 4-wheel drive and a trailer hitch that runs great with no problems even when pulling a trailer … little did I know I would need all these extra features a lot and that meant a ton to me as a customer. Purchased 2nd truck form Miller. Mickey located the truck thru dealer locate. The only possible issue would be picking up after dark. The lighting outside made it hard to check the exterior of the truck. ( thru dealer locate. The only possible issue would be picking up after dark.
