I don't recall the name of the man who appraised my trade-in, but he was very polite and pleasant. Jessica and I did not meet but had some e-mail correspondence prior to me visiting the dealership to trade-in, but he was very polite and pleasant. I was impressed with his expertise and knowledge and I was thrilled to find, thanks to Graham, that there WAS a car in inventory that was exactly what I wanted. I did not consider that car on the dealership website because not all the features were listed in the specs. Throughout the purchase (two days) I was treated as a valued customer, given a very fair deal, offered various options and given ample time to consider them and ask questions. This is what buying a car should be!! My experience with this purchase is probably the best I ever had (any prior purchases coming close were also at this dealership). I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I will definitely be back there for my next car! More

I appreciated his patience, giving me ample time to compare different vehicles and test drive them. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the AAA pricing of the new vehicles, and I was pleased with the trade-in allowance offerred too, which was better than other dealers had quoted me. When we came in to accept delivery of our new Subaru Outback, we were treated very well by Carl and those who handled the financing.
