Ed was very thorough most of the time. I appreciate him staying late on Monday the 8th so I could test drive the car and giving multiple numbers to reach him at. We came into the dealership looking for a Forester. We were greeted by Ed, looked at a few cars and took a test drive. He, too, was extremely patient, professional and stuck with us for over an hour to make sure the blue tooth was correctly entered for our phone.
