Recent service I purchased my pre-owned odyssey from Milton Martin. Satisfied with vehicle. Was in again for recall on seats. Love Matt who normally wais on me. He told me it would be hour and a half. After sitting for 3 hrs I went out to see what was taking so long, only to find my car sitting and waiting on me. Rashed seemed to be too busy on the phone to come and get me. Prices seem to be going up. He did tell me I needed brake fluid changed. My husband felt $200. Was a little pricey even though I went ahead and had work done while I was there , since I was leaving on trip a couple of days later? Will shop around if I need anything done again. Again Matt is always considerate and would have touched base with me and told me if there was a problem or letting me know when it was ready. More

Arrogant very rude, and terribly unprofessional Susan Githens was screaming at me about not presenting my oil change card, at the time of my arrival. Unprofessional and very disappointed with Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville Ga, as we were lied to by almost everyone there, David Dingler was supposedly a boss, however was very rude and didn't have a business card. We were lied to by Jeff Wilson, he lied to us in April to make a quick sale, we specially asked if the used car we were buying was a certified pre owned vehicle, and he said I'm not sure let me go check, and came back out with the keys and told myself and my husband that it was indeed a certified pre owned vehicle, so I got into the car and test drove it with Jeff, he then told my husband and I that he didn't care nor was it his problem as he did not sell us the car!! Yes he did, and I've got paperwork to prove it with Mr Wilson's signature on it!! Sadly I was sold a piece of crap, with a list of problems already, sold to us under false pretenses and lied to repeatedly by Jeff Wilson and David Dingler!! They even questioned us as to why would we buy the extended insurance!! Wow!! So glad I did buy the extended insurance, as there are so so so many problems that need to be fixed, we've only made 1 car payment, And we had such a horrible experience with our Milton Martin Honda mile club card, it's a shame that the card states that it's only valid at the Gainesville location, as we were treated so poorly, by supposed to be professionals, that we trusted, and just took out a 5 year loan with!! More
