I was there three hours for a flat tire repair and for them to look at my brakes. The tech came back with a list of things that needed to be done, all totaling an exorbitant amount. I finally told him that I couldn't do all that, and that I didn't need expensive tires, if i were to purchase them. He came back with a second option on the tires, but the last time I was in the service department, which wasn't that long ago, they didn't come back with ANYTHING that needed doing on my car. More

My husband had to pick me up and drop me at the dealer ship to get my car. I live 5 mins away. Moreover, I had a coupon, but I at the end the coupon was worth nothing. Don’t scam people with coupons, just be frank and explain the costs well. Last time I was at the service place I tried to get a quote for a service. I waited an hour.
