TPMS issue TPMS dash light on had the service center diagnose issue, came back with TIPM bad and all 4 sensors need replaced but receiver module good. Fix $1200. Took ram to tire center told me all sensors are good, I replaced tipm still light on. Purchased receiver $140 replaced, good to go. All the issues they called bad was working. The fix was $140 not $1200 and it did not need a flash minimum $120 they said I needed. Stealership Minot earned its name. More

Bad experience with ordering tires Kim, who was our representative was very kind and always treated us well, however, when I ordered the tires for my moms Jeep I ordered the same size t Kim, who was our representative was very kind and always treated us well, however, when I ordered the tires for my moms Jeep I ordered the same size tires I have always had on them, slightly larger then the factory recommended. These new tires had a different tread design that ended up rubbing on the wheel well. When I discovered that they were rubbing I contacted the Chrysler Center and they told me there was nothing they could do for me besides selling me new tires. In my opinion a reputable business should have noticed this and brought it to the customers attention before allowing the vehicle to leave the property. Chad W. More

Extremely pleasant experience I had stopped in to have a key replacement for our 2013 Jeep and had walked the parking lot while waiting, I had come across a 2018 White Recon Rubico I had stopped in to have a key replacement for our 2013 Jeep and had walked the parking lot while waiting, I had come across a 2018 White Recon Rubicon thought my wife would like. So went in and talked to Wynne about the Jeep that was in the lot. I thought he was a extremely kind and sincere while talking with him. I had decided that if my wife wanted to look at the Jeep we were going to deal with Wynne. On Friday late afternoon we stopped in and my wife really wanted to inquire on the Jeep. Went to talk with Wynne and had decided to purchase the 2018 Recon Rubicon. This was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a vehicle. We would like to take this time and thank your dealership and a personal thank you to Wynne for all your help. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! More
