If I was not in such a hurry due to a business trip I would of walked away. The owner of the company does not trust his employees to make a decisions on monetary issues. I wanted to get a little more for my trade in but Dan told me he could not make that call without the owner looking at the vehicle, and he was not there at the time so take it or leave it. So I said OK, how about taking a little off the other side the sticker price was about 800.00 over the asking blue book price. The answer was no, so I pulled out the military card and asked about a military discount? He actually snickered in my face at that question, and said he could not budge on the price of the vehicle without his boss. I have never been to a dealership with neutered staff. The sale was made out of necessity and the vehicle is OK so far. More

Excellent Experience! My sister from Colorado saw a Nissan Frontier Truck on the Miracle Mile Motors Website and she asked me to test drive it for her. Tim and Dan were ve My sister from Colorado saw a Nissan Frontier Truck on the Miracle Mile Motors Website and she asked me to test drive it for her. Tim and Dan were very helpful and we were able to work out a deal. The only thing wrong with the truck was that it was missing the cover on one of the dials on the radio. I asked Tim and Dan if it was possible to fix that and they said that they would do some looking to try and make that happen. I tried to search online for a replacement radio knob and it was impossible, the knob is just not available for sale individually (you have to buy a completely new radio). The day before my sister was coming to Lincoln to purchase the truck, Tim and Dan let me know that they found the knob for the truck, but when it arrived it was the wrong size and didn't fit. My sister made the trip from Colorado to purchase the truck and she loved it! Tim and Dan said that they would continue to look for a replacement radio knob, and if they found it, they would mail it to her in Colorado. Today when someone says that to you, I take it with a grain of salt and don't expect follow through.. well guess what, Tim and Dan at Miracle Mile Motor proved me wrong and restored my faith that customer service still exists! My sister got a package in the mail about 2 weeks later from Miracle Mile Motor and it was a replacement radio knob and it fit perfectly! They kept their word and that alone meant a lot to me! I will definitely do business again with Miracle Mile Motors. NICE WORK Tim and Dan! More
