Joey is a very gifted and natural salesman! I hat using that word because it has such a negative connotation to many. But Joey was super knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener, and fun to work with!! I w that word because it has such a negative connotation to many. But Joey was super knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener, and fun to work with!! I was shocked and a little hesitant when he initially told me his age. I have a child his age and I was skeptical; thinking he was going to try to take advantage of my situation. I was so WRONG!!! He genuinely care about making sure my needs were met and I was happy with my purchase. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics, making this car buying experience one of the best I’ve had! Joey is going to go far in this business and I predict he will one day become a GM of a dealer!!! Bryan in financing was equally helpful and thorough! Everyone I met at this dealership was caring, helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned with meeting my needs. If I didn’t live in NorCal I would definitely become a repeat customer! It’s only an 8 hour drive from my house and based on this positive experience I may take the trip down to buy my next car!!! It truly was that good of an experience!!! I made an appointment for a warranty issue & oil change plus tire rotation. Delia as a service advisor should of told me that all my tires are worn and needs to be replaced verses after the fact did the ti plus tire rotation. Delia as a service advisor should of told me that all my tires are worn and needs to be replaced verses after the fact did the tire rotation and then tells me to replace all my tires would cost me around $1200 for all four. If I knew all my tires are all worn I would of skip the tire rotation. After leaving the dealership I called Costco & will get my tires done there instead the tire rotation is a waste of time and money. I don’t mind paying for services but I need to be informed. Delia as service advisor needs to properly be trained or be upfront with issues like mine. More

Brought my TLX V6 Tech in for a full service and maintenance as I always do. Delia my service advisor is fantastic as is the entire service department as alway.
