I went in looking for a used Kia Niro and they were amazing in showing me the car. When we went to look at the financing it didn't work for my situation, but Sam & Alyssa & Safue did an outstanding jo amazing in showing me the car. When we went to look at the financing it didn't work for my situation, but Sam & Alyssa & Safue did an outstanding job going above and beyond expectations. I ended up being able to lease a brand new Kia Forte for way less of a monthly payment than the used car. I can't say enough about Kia of Mission Viejo and their stellar service! I highly recommend! Samantha Taylor was my family’s sales agent and she was so wonderful and easy to work with. She was with us from start to finish and handled the entire process on her own. We had an amazing experience with Jacob. I had reached out to him looking for a specific vehicle model. He informed me there was not any in Stock but one was due to arrive in a couple of mon I had reached out to him looking for a specific vehicle model. He informed me there was not any in Stock but one was due to arrive in a couple of months. There was a customer interested ahead of us but Jacob was upfront and said if they didn't proceed with the purchase he would give me a call. A few days later he called saying he had reached out to the other customer and they had already purchased a different vehicle. Therefore, if I wanted to be the first to be notified when the vehicle arrived I just needed to provide basic information. He kept me informed while we waited. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected so the process to purchase the vehicle wr had been waiting for started. It was a business purchase and although it was new for Jacob. He was very upfront about everything. There was no game playing and he made everything very easy. He was always available for any questions and worked a late evening to finalize our purchase. Jacob and the mission Viejo team made this purchase so pleasant and easy. We will definitely recommend him to others. More

We decided to come to Mission Viejo Kia because of their awesome reviews. We made the drive all the way from San Diego and it was worth it.
