I made my appointment for 1pm and was told it would take 75-90 minutes over the phone. I dropped my car off at 1pm and was told it would be 90 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours and there was nothing additional th 75-90 minutes over the phone. I dropped my car off at 1pm and was told it would be 90 minutes. I waited 2.5 hours and there was nothing additional than the scheduled service performed. I was never updated on the delay which in my opinion is awful service. You can text, email or I was sitting in the service area waiting. I have a Lexus as well and they seem to be way more communicative throughout the process. More
