My mother and I came into the dealership looking for a used Aspec TLX. When we arrived there It was slightly difficult looking for a sales associate to help assist me with locating the car. This all chang used Aspec TLX. When we arrived there It was slightly difficult looking for a sales associate to help assist me with locating the car. This all changed though once David was freed up. I was able to find the car in the detailing bay and he took me to go see it. Unfortunately the car wasn’t in the greatest shape. I did see another car that caught my eye though. We ended up purchasing a much better CPO technology package 2018 TLX that was in perfect condition minus a few scratches. David was an exceptional sales person. He was patient, helpful, and he definitely redefines the expectations of customer service. I look forward to referring him to all my friends, family or anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
