First and foremost, shout out to their sales manager, Safue, and their sales consultant, Samantha! Talk about exceptional customer service. MV Acura was one of the many dealers I contacted while look Safue, and their sales consultant, Samantha! Talk about exceptional customer service. MV Acura was one of the many dealers I contacted while looking for my next vehicle and from the moment I inquired about a vehicle they had on their lot, I knew the service to their customers was a top priority. I was directly in communication with Safue via email and he was very responsive and communicative. I mentioned I was already approved for an auto-loan through my credit union bank and what my max budget was because the car I wanted from them was at my max budget before taxes and fees. He didn’t once try to sway me away by pushing me to apply with their financial partners like other dealers did. Not once did he try to up sell me with unnecessary add-ons, dealer added features, or protection plans. Safue was very transparent when I asked him for details in terms of out-the-door price and what the process was when purchasing a vehicle from them with my own auto-loan. At the end of all the searching and emails with other dealers, Safue was able to give me a great OTD price and on top of our agreed upon price, when I came in to complete all the paperwork he was able to bring the price down even lower for me! Samantha was the first to greet and help me when I first arrived. She helped me through the entire process of inspecting the vehicle as well as the test drive and final paperwork. Very friendly and personable which made my experience with MV Acura much more enjoyable. Samantha was very thorough and answered all my questions I had. I’m glad she was the one who helped me with my car buying experience. Overall the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Very straight forward and transparent throughout the whole process. No gimmicks or up-selling unnecessary add-ons etc. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle purchase in the future. More
