Sam was great! I first reached out to her a few months before my lease was up and we went through my options. When it was time to turn my lease in she helped get me into a certified pre owned that I purch before my lease was up and we went through my options. It takes a very special sales person to work with my approach. I found that sales person in Mike Spigarelli. After so many visits and test drives he still had the patience of a saint. It was like he had the confidence that the styling, features and qualities of the 2020 Acura MDX would do the selling. GOSH! We love that car. It beat every luxury brand and we looked at them all. But, actually another selling feature was the dealership itself, Mission Viejo Acura. Not only was Mike a stellar player but also Safue Alailima in Finance and John Wong in Service. A great car and a great dealership team makes a totally great package. And, yes, the MDX came in at a smoking price which made it the best value luxury car hands down. More
