Mission Viejo Acura was very accommodating, especially during these weird times to purchase a car. I’ve been going back and fourth with multiple car dealerships and none of them were helpful. We found this amazing car and decided to contact your location and we got directed to Alex and Bryan who were awesome and very accommodating with everything!!!! I was so happy with them and my car. Keep in mind I had only seen the car through pictures so I didn’t know what to expect. The previous dealership I went to tried to sell me a brand new car with microfiber scratches everywhere so I was already uneasy on dealing again with yet another car dealership. I had spoke to both Alex and Bryan about my situation and what payments I was able to afford. There was no bantering back and fourth and they were honest and VERY helpful to get me a reasonable rate and really worked with my needs in purchasing a new car that I’m very happy with! Lastly, I live in Santa Clarita-so they accommodated the delivery of the car and time of arrival for me. Thank you so much guys! More

Sam was great! I first reached out to her a few months before my lease was up and we went through my options. When it was time to turn my lease in she helped get me into a certified pre owned that I purch before my lease was up and we went through my options. When it was time to turn my lease in she helped get me into a certified pre owned that I purchased. It was the same year and model of my lease but with less miles and more tech and it wasn’t much more than the cost to buy my lease. It was a win! Sam made everything so easy for me. I have a 5 month old at home so sitting in the dealership for a few hours was not about to happen. They got all the paperwork ready for me and I’ll I had to do was come in and sign. Pretty painless. More
