Our saleswoman, Samantha, was on time for our appointment, prepared, had made sure to do the leg work ahead of time, and she passed us off to their financing department with Veronica who was similarly knowledgeable and prepared. For a process that often is long and frankly not very fun, this was about as stress-free an experience as I could have expected. Will definitely recommend in the future. More
