The service at Mission Viejo Kia dealership was outstanding! I had an appointment and Jeff helped me right away. My Kia Soul needed a scheduled service, as well as checking a concern I had with t outstanding! I had an appointment and Jeff helped me right away. My Kia Soul needed a scheduled service, as well as checking a concern I had with the vehicle’s acceleration. Jeff was very professional and helpful, and he didn’t ignore my concerns (like two other dealerships in two other cities did) he said Gilberto (One of the best mechanics at Mission Viejo Kia!) would take a ride with me, so that I could tell him what my car acceleration issues were. Gilberto seemed as a very experienced mechanic and explained that the changes in acceleration were due to recall updates done on the vehicle’s computer, and that the vehicle acceleration was working well. My car service was done in a couple of hours, meanwhile I enjoyed a delicious courtesy lunch from the dealership, and spoke to salesman Adam about some car trade prices. I had a great experience at Mission Viejo Kia with Jeff, who was very helpful writing up my work order; Gilberto who left my car feeling brand new; and Adam who showed me some vehicle prices, all of them were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel zero stress knowing that next month when I take my car in for a brake service, Jeff and Gilberto will be there to help me again. Thank you guys, I really appreciate your help, and thank you so much for making my visit to your Mission Viejo Kia dealership a stress free experience. More
