On a scale from 1 to 10 our experience was a 12! When we first arrived we were greeted immediately by Jose Brito. After offering us something to drink we told him about the car, that we had seen on the website, that we were interested in. He gave us the complete details of the car as well as for a similar on and then we were on our way to check them out and test drive them both. No hassles no pressures! It almost felt like he was more of an old friend with a knowledge of vehicles. He was there to help us out if we wanted him to. Needless to say, after test driving them both we made our decision and started to negotiate. They were able to work with us giving us a few options to meet our budget. During that time we also met the Manager of the dealership and he too, was very pleasant. We got to a good price and then off we went to the finance manager Gary. He was very helpful. He knew our budget and exactly what we wanted and was not pushy at all. Finally, we were out the door and into our new car! Jose Brito made sure to tell us were everything was and how everything worked. He even paired our phones for us! Wow! What an experience. I will be going back for sure, the next time we are in the market for a car. More

Me and my future wife decided to do some dream building recently and we found ourselves at the Mission Viejo Acura. We were very skeptical and weary about car salesmen but then we met Jose and hes was able to make us feel completely at ease about the new car buying process.
