I did extensive research, but Nick's knowledge and service took it to the next level for me. He knew the market and the competition and the availability of this vehicle model and year, whether it was from a dealer or private seller or auction. The internet listed price was the best within 250 miles, and all of his facts and representations were 100% accurate and confirmed. After speaking with him, I was able to compare all of the variables, and quickly understood the true value of their listed price and warranties. The condition of the car was showroom new. It was hard to believe it had 16,000 miles on it. The agency still put new in new brakes, alignment, filters, fluids, etc. to make it perfect. The Used Car Manager, Mr. Paul Opilla, and the Finance Manager, Ms. Fonda Lacerra, also went out of their way to make the sale even better for me. I really feel they had my best interests at heart. What an agency. I've been buying Lexus since 1989, and this is my first Acura. This agency now has my business, and I will be buying more cars from them, even though it is nearly 90 miles from my home in San Diego. My first call will be to Nick Daramus. I highly recommend him to all. A friendlier person you will not meet, and you won't get "sold" by him or by the agency.
