Was (still am) interested in the new TSX Wagon. This was the only dealer that had one in stock. Made it clear to Nick that I though I was interested, I had only seen one or two on the road and needed to te the only dealer that had one in stock. He had one without the technology pkg (I want that Pkg), but he spent a great deal of time with me and allowed me a great test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the TSX Wagon as well as it's competitors - much more so than I am used to - usually I know much more that the sales rep, but not in this case. He was also very professional. No pressure to buy the one that they had. His follow up has been great too, keeping me updated as to when the TSX Wagons with the tech pkg are expected. Though I don't know if I will purchase the TSX wagon, if I do, I intend to purchase it from Nick. Great experience. I highly recommend that you ask for him at the dealer. More

We found a certified pre-owned TL for a great price. I looked around for a better price and none could be found. It has been my experience that most salespeople at dealerships tend to be pushy and try to sell me something I don't want. Jose was very helpful in answering any questions my wife and I had concerning the car and financing. Ultimately we bought the TL and Jose was able to get us a great deal. We have gone back for a few things like touch-up paint and a couple small trim items and Jose was just as eager to help us then as he was when we purchased our car. This type of service is definitely what I expect when making a major purchase. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to any of my friends, family or acquaintances. Vicki, his manager was equally gracious, professional, patient and fair/straight forward. Finance was a breeze and pleasant with Gary and he too has great attitude. Also he did not try to pressure us on add ons yet he explained them and offered them at a very fair price. We chose a great factory extended bumper to bumper warranty at a great price. Half of what other dealers try to mark up. The vehicle was an immaculate 3 year private party lease return with low miles and looks and drives like a brand new car. Also the same vehicle here in San Diego County at several locations lists for thousands more and none could be as in as good of condition as ours. I would without hesitation to recommend this team and dealer to family and friends. Well worth the short drive from San Diego to save thousands as well as being treated wonderfully.
