The only issue I have had with my new vehicle has always been the quality of the dealerships themselves. From stupid markups causing me to buy out of state to a decidedly cheap feeling in their service depa been the quality of the dealerships themselves. The purpose of our visit was just to educate ourselves on KIA products for our son's first car. It was a wonderful fact finding visit with Daniel! No pressure experience. After our visit at KIA, we went to a few other dealers and the experience was nowhere near as helpful (or fun!) as with Daniel. Mike was very patient with me and explained in detail the lease and the additional maintenance and protective options that were available. Beyond that, he sat in the car with me and reviewed the features and functions available on this wonderful car. It’s obvious he has very detailed knowledge of the car’s features. PLUS he placed a blue bow on my blue car JUST like I wanted - the cherry on top, so to speak.
