After reaching out online for a 2023 MDX, Mike Spigarelli responded in minutes. I was coming off a Lexus 2020 RX 450HL lease and wanted the new and improved MDX. Mike worked with me to find a good match. Fo responded in minutes. I was coming off a Lexus 2020 RX 450HL lease and wanted the new and improved MDX. Mike worked with me to find a good match. Following some texts back and for and securing a competitive purchase of my RX. I was able to commit to purchasing the MDX. I surveyed Costco program, TrueCar and Consumer Reports for the best deal and value. Acura Mission Viejo came out on top with each search. On Friday evening Mike needed to respond to a family commitment. Upon arrival at Acura Mission Viejo for my scheduled appointment I was met by Samantha Taylor who did an excellent, thorough, and efficient job in completed the MDX purchase. Combining the sale and finance process with Samantha in one office was great. The sales and leasing process was the smoothest I have ever had with a dealer over the last 30+ years. We also had excellent support and communication by Bryan Oh, Sales Manager, and car prep by Matt. The rest of the finance team were clear and helpful with the deal terms. Acura Mission Viejo and its staff provided excellent service, communication, and support for my purchase. I spent about a month looking at different brands and dealerships but at the end of the day Mission Viejo Acura provided the easiest car buy experience.
