You should hire a driver to take clients to their destinations while getting their car serviced. The Lyft driver never showed up and then cancelled, leaving me and my 6 yr old at the mall waiting in destinations while getting their car serviced. I tried getting through to someone 5-6 times I called your dealership and one gentleman was no help, just transferred me to vm a couple times. Lyft is not a good experience. To improve customer service, you should hire a regular friendly driver, it makes all the difference in the world. The woman who helped us was so helpful, as soon as she found out he didn’t show, she got one of your employees to pick us up right away in a new 2022 MDX. That saved my experience and she was extremely helpful and made it a great experience after such a bad time with Lyft. When I had a Mazda, they had a regular driver who was friendly, on time and knew the area. I highly recommend you look into this for the sake of improving customer service. More
