I always have a very good experience whenever I take my car to be serviced. Corey takes a personal interest in making sure the service to my vehicle is completed in a timely manner. I wanted to bring an important safety concern to your attention following a recent service visit. My daughter picked up her vehicle from your dealership earlier today. Upon returning home—roughly five mi attention following a recent service visit. My daughter picked up her vehicle from your dealership earlier today. Upon returning home—roughly five miles from your location—we were unloading items when I noticed a significant gash on the rear passenger-side tire, right near the rim. This damage is visibly substantial and was noticeable simply by walking past the vehicle. When I asked my daughter, she confirmed she hadn’t hit anything or encountered any unusual driving conditions on the way home. Given the size and location of the gash, I find it hard to believe it wouldn’t have been apparent during the service or while reinstalling the tire. That said, I’d like to acknowledge the help we received from the service desk staff, who assisted us in locating a replacement tire. While we were ultimately able to find a used tire from College Tire, I wanted to make sure this incident was brought to your attention in the interest of safety and service transparency. I called, and they scheduled my service, but the day before, the low oil warning came back on. I was in town, and I called in. I was told to bring it in and they would check and service it then.
