My Review is on the used car sales of this dealership so I do not know how the rest of the place works. Do not trust them, I knew better but after the 4hr drive I was complacent and I am paying for it now. I do not know how the rest of the place works. I was giving the inspection report and all that was done was an alignment and new wiper blades. and they said noting was wrong with the truck. Well their mechanics are either incompetent, lazy, or just straight up liars. I have a door that will not lock or unlock and it is not a simple actuator the wires are dead, my front and rear camera are inoperable and fuse and circuit are good so that aims toward the body control module, A/C does not work but that was tested before we signed papers but it was tested it on a cold day and their mechanics could have refilled it just before we got there, There was an A/C code on the computer which i picked up with my laptop but not the scanner I took with me, I need to rebuild the front end due to excessive wobble and bump steer so new tie rods and alignment at least and possibly new ball joints, sunroof no longer works, and the computer needs a complete rewrite from the dealership. The sales lady, Shelby I believe was nice and not over pressuring, but I cannot say if she knew about the issues with the truck before hand or not. But I suspect the Finance manager knew as he specifically stated that I should buy the extended warranty as sunroof repairs are in the thousands. Overall I suggest not using this place unless you are local and can take it to a ford dealership for full diagnostic before purchasing. I am really regretting my purchase but ultimately it was my fault for not checking the truck thoroughly. So until most of the issues get repaired the truck is parked and I drive my 1992 Chevy. More

Went to buy a new Yukon with these guys and put a deposit down. Long story short I’ve ended up not being able to get it due to some repairs needed back at home and they kept the deposit on a vehicle that th down.
