My salesman, Mason, was extremely polite, very understanding and professional when determining my needs and wants. The dealership moved efficiently in getting the car I desired from another dealer as they didn't have it in stock. The vehicle was impeccably clean when I saw it the first time. Mason carefully explained to me all the bells and whistles I wasn't familiar with. I bought this vehicle in spite of the high pressure efforts of the Finance Mgr to sell me an additional 5 year warranty. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybrid is exceptionally quiet and smooth when transitioning between the gas engine and battery power. The stiffness of the steering will take a bit of getting used to. Overall, my experience was very pleasant with everyone going out of their way to do what takes to earn my business. Kudos to Mason. It is easy to see why he's earned multiple awards. More

When I pulled in to the service department Dean Block was ready to handle my service request. He had all the information for my service and readily explained what was going to happen in the maintenance bin. ready to handle my service request. He was polite, professional, and gave you a good feel about who was taking care of my car. The dealership is always bright, clean and has the feeling of good friends looking after your vehicle. The waiting room is always clean and makes you feel like you are sitting in your living room. When my car was ready Dean told me what they fixed and what to do if I have the same issues again with the Bluelink system. He had the paperwork ready for my signature and informed me they had washed my car. I was again one of Mitchell Hyundai satisfied customers. More
