Thank you for your service business and your review. We do apologize for the wait. We are working diligently to try and reduce wait times. Please know that there are over 900 Hyundai Dealers in the US. Each dealer has the ability to offer different types of protection packages to their customers. Most of the protection packages are not Hyundai Specific and can used on any make or model. They are acquired from 100's of different vendors in all 50 states. Many of these packages are proprietary to the dealer that they were purchased from, and services must be performed by the selling dealer. It would certainly be nice to have only a few options to keep up with from the dealer perspective, but it would limit the choices available to the customer and eventually decrease overall customer satisfaction. Lack of competition also increases cost to the consumer. We are more than happy to honor any protection package or service agreement that we are authorized to submit claims on. We hope this helps with your concerns.
