The technician working on your vehicle had an emergency and had to leave quickly when you were in. Paperwork was not filled out properly. We had to investigate, and some things was not communicated to us. Communication is key. We are always working on ways to improve communication here at Mitchell Hyundai. We the correct parts arrive for your vehicle I will be more than happy to pick up and take back to you for your inconvenience. This is definitely not up to our standards. Several things could have prevented this especially if parts needing to be ordered was shared with the office people. Thank you for letting us know how to improve in the future.
