When you’re specific about the issue pertaining your vehicle they automatically diagnosed it wrong. Service guy told me that working on my car was a favor. This service was a waste of time and money. Not up to standard. Had to drive away after two hours with nothing completed and lots of excuses. Came for a seatbelt replacement wrong seatbelt ordered. The dealership had damaged two things on a previous repair. I was told as the car was turned back over to me this time, that yet another part had to be ordered and that they THINK my review mirror ( electronic cover) had been replaced the primary reason for my visit. As I drive away the cover fell into my lap. Upon returning to the dealership after they looked at the piece I was there to have replaced (which had been broken by the dealership originally) they informed me it was a two part piece they had only order one part and would have to order the attachment piece in order for it to fit properly. In other words they had been willing to let me drive away with an I’ll fitting half done job without a word about it being done incorrectly. I have dealt with this dealership for years. This is our third car with them. I have always praised them and trusted them with my businesses I am now rethinking my choice. More
