Mitchell Hyundai - Service Center

I would like to thank the service department for a fantastic job. My Hyundai Santa Fe sport motor locked up and we call the dealer ships in Montgomery, Auburn, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa and they all t fantastic job. My Hyundai Santa Fe sport motor locked up and we call the dealer ships in Montgomery, Auburn, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa and they all told me it would be February before they could look I my car and Tuscaloosa said if I couldn't drive it on the lot not to bring it. When we called your dealership we were told to bring it in so we took a 100 mile trip and you said give them a month and let them see what the home office could do. So in only three weeks I got a call and my car was ready with a new motor and no charge. They were all great and when I get ready to trade my car I will drive the 100 miles to see them. All in all service was good. The employees at the desks at the service center could get customers or at least speak to them. I went in for a new tire and to get my front wheels balanced, but I came in late so I had to come in the next day but they still gave me a donut tire to make sure I got home safely.
