Mitchell Hyundai - Service Center

I bought a Car on Saturday and on Sunday the oil change maintenance came up on the screen I called the dealership on Tuesday on my way there to get the oil changed and I didn’t have an availability until T maintenance came up on the screen I called the dealership on Tuesday on my way there to get the oil changed and I didn’t have an availability until Thursday so I said OK I scheduled a appointment for the following Tuesday and was told it will take about an hour and a half for an oil change and a quick rinse off 3 1/2 hours later it was finally done. I will not be using this dealership for service More

Been doing oil consumption test since November of 2021. Can never get a straight answer on how many test has to be done. I was not given an estimate. The 60,000 mile service took 3 1/2 hours. The mechanic took time twice to talk on his cell phone. He was also gone for several periods of time.
