The overall service I received was good. My battery terminal was not tightened and once I got home the car would not crank. I tightened the negative terminal myself and resolved the issue. I was told when I bought my car I would be provided with a loaner car if I had to leave my car for service or repair. That has not happened! So I feel as though I was misled on that aspect.
