I was charged $108. 00 for a diagnosis. (Which is understandable) EXCEPT I was not told of a charge, while making my appt. for a free recall repair. Luckily it was a pay 00 for a diagnosis. (Which is understandable) EXCEPT I was not told of a charge, while making my appt. for a free recall repair. Luckily it was a pay week for me and I had the money. What would have happened if I showed up with not enough money? I specifically told the appt rep that money/cost was my biggest concern. So why didn't they tell me, that diagnosis could possibly cost 💲? If nothing else, I should get $54.00 back. That would be splitting the cost between me & the rep. **Also, they vacuumed my vehicle without asking me or letting me know. The problem is that I might have accidentally dropped jewelry, a note or medication in the floor (with plans to retrieve, after y'all were finished with my vehicle) ooops! Too late! It's been vacuumed up. Now what?Nothing. Cannot be undone. More

The dealership fixed part of an issue with my car that was wrong before I purchased it. My warranty had just ran out but in good faith they fixed it because it was an issue that was wrong with the car bef was wrong before I purchased it. I like that I got several reminders about my upcoming service. The waiting room was comfortable, and there was a play area for childen. I was told I would get my car back as soon as it was done...10:34 it was done and I made payment over phone told them I needed vehicle back by 130 had something I needed to do....didn't get car back til done...10:34 it was done and I made payment over phone told them I needed vehicle back by 130 had something I needed to do....didn't get car back till almost 3 pm and girl says my paperwork was lifted on managers desk and it clearly said need back by 1 30 on paperwork....very upset about the way it was handled.
