After searching high and low for the vehicle I wanted in the Boston area, I came up empty-handed. The knowledgeable Emily took my call, answered all my questions, and promised to have the vehicle ready for a showing. I barreled down the highway to CT instantly. Upon arriving, Emily greeted me, showed my the car, and helped me prepare all the paperwork. She is personable, friendly, and all around AWESOME. I returned to Boston before finalizing the sale (because my bank is slow as molasses) but Emily called me periodically and kept me abreast of the situation the whole time.
