Bought a used Honda Pilot in Sept 2022. Had an issue with the amount of tread left on the tires and that the service light came on 3 days after I bought the car. I left a VM message for the used car sales manager...who never called me back. I left a comment on their Contact Me section of their website...no one ever reached out. I filed a complaint with the BBB and finally had a VM from the GM. I returned the call. I left 3 VMs over 3 days before getting a return call. He said he would have someone from his service department call and set up a time for me to bring the car back in. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for that call. Will it ever come????
