Great until Service Department Was very happy with the purchasing department. Dudley was able to get me the car I wanted and I thought I would leave happy. Once I left, the car started shaking extremely bad. I was informed by Kris Johnson that I would need all new tires because they were defective. He also insisted that I could drive the car, even though I was in extremely bad car accident the week prior and was very nervous about doing so. I had to follow up when the tires came in. I also had to follow up when the tires were put on. Absolutely no one called me to let me know. I was treated like crap once I bought the car from you all. I was excited until I dealt with the service department. Actually because Kris was so rude and none responsive I really wanted to return the car because at that point I didn't want to give you any more business than I already had. I should not have to be following up, especially when they know good and well that I am a good hour away from the dealership itself. Not to mention, I saw Kris when I returned the rental and he never apologized or even acknowledged me. If that is how your going to treat customers, I will never return nor recommend you all, EVER!!!!! More
