Most of these 5 stare reviews are fake look at names me and my wife were treated like crap there said our vehicle was at the end of its life at 130,000 miles who needs a car that dies at 130,000 miles then and my wife were treated like crap there said our vehicle was at the end of its life at 130,000 miles who needs a car that dies at 130,000 miles then they tried to pressure sell us a car that was halfway dead according to what salesman said they are end of life at 130,000 miles the used car had 60,000 miles and they wanted 23,000 miles for it we needed headlights fixed car can’t be driven at night said both whole headlights needed to be replaced around 1,500 dollars to fix safety problem with our 2018 Nissan Altima cons at work then after ridiculous price for lights we were told our car needed 2,100 dollars worth of work done on it not counting headlights pressure ripoff More

Was able to use fast charging equipment to charge my 2020 Leaf on recent trip to and from Asheville from Durham. Extremely nice personnel. Phone person was exceptional. An hour state inspection? Made an appointment for their "free" inspection since we purchased our car there. Got there 15 mins prior to appt at 11 am and was told it wouldn't be Made an appointment for their "free" inspection since we purchased our car there. Got there 15 mins prior to appt at 11 am and was told it wouldn't be ready before 12...We had an APPOINTMENT?! Inspection that takes an HOUR?! A couple before us was a "walk-in", got their inspection in 30mins and left. We weren't informed of any problem and car failed inspection. Why not inform customer of problem and cost to fix it so it can pass inspection??! Attendant said it didn't make any difference if we gave a bad review because they had plenty of business and work...he wouldn't have a job if I was the owner! We sat there for well over an hour only to find out it failed inspection...paperwork attendant gave us says customer declined work? We were not informed about the problem. My husband is diabetic and had a stroke in May 2018, I had a knee replacement and my dad is 84 yrs old, sitting there waiting, not knowing what was going on was absolutely STUPID!!...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! More
Great detailing After a couple of spots appeared on my inside moonroof cover after closing it one day, and me trying to get the spots off myself and making two big sp After a couple of spots appeared on my inside moonroof cover after closing it one day, and me trying to get the spots off myself and making two big spots, I called and took my Murano to Modern Nissan Hickory, and after a couple of hours the detailing guy had it looking like new. We didn't think we needed to pay for anything, because the inside of your moonroof shouldn't get anything on it anyway. And thanks to the manager there and Russell Taylor, we didn't pay a thing. I don't know the detailing workers name, but he did a great job. We appreciate all they did, and we were told to bring it back if anything like that happen again and they would take care of it instead of us trying to get something on our own. Again, they did a great job and we appreciate it greatly! More
