After many years having maintenance done at Nissan of - shuntsi

After many years having maintenance done at Nissan of Boone on my Nissan Armada, the recent faulty work has cost me thousands to have the work done again at another Nissan dealer. Under the new ownership and management, the better mechanics quit and went to work elsewhere. New brake calipers (Installed at Nissan of Lake Norman) were damaged after Nissan of Boone incorrectly installed my new rotors and brake pads that required replacement due to wear on the mountain. The brake calipers should last ten years or longer. My calipers lasted 14 months. Nissan of St. Augustine stated that Nissan of Boone completed faulty work when they changed the rotors and brake pads. Nissan of Boone didn’t standby their work. This is an endless occurrence of serious maintenance problems I had with Nissan of Boone. I will never return to Nissan of Boone

I went to Discovery Nissan to purchase a vehicle and got - pattersonlinnes0521

I went to Discovery Nissan to purchase a vehicle and got it. There was the sweetest lady name Baderia at the front desk that provided me with my tag and explained what i needed to do. She is the most professional and customer service rep that I ever have met and was the most respectful person to ever met. She deserves a raise in my book. Thanks Baderia and Discovery Nissan for being the best ever.

Beware! - ev.briones

Beware!!! This is the dealership that everyone warns you about when you’re a female buying a car. Ladies don’t come or bring a man to help you out. They offer you with the lowest price on your trade $1000k less than online quote, by making your trade look bad. Go with Carvana or Carmax since they stick to the price you get online. Mo is a crook wanting me to pay an additional $3k while my trade was newer and less miles than their car. I had bad buyers remorse the next day after realized that they con me. They didn’t even help me with buying new tires at internal dealer price like the sales manager stated. Once they get your sale they don’t care in helping you either. Terrible all around experience!

I came in after my Nissan Rogue was totaled, I was shaky - lcshelly

I came in after my Nissan Rogue was totaled, I was shaky and didnt know what I could afford.. Brandon worked with me and helped me buy a new 2026 Nissan Kicks the color I wanted and with so much many more additions. He was k I nd and the dealership management made sure I knew that they would help me fill out my gap insurance papers if I needed help. Going with Nissan is more than a dealership, they become an extra family.

Purchasing the car was great! - danamcneal

Purchasing the car was great! Dealing with the service manager Dennis and their Branch Manager Ty was a waste of my time. Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!

We had the best experience at this dealership. - carolinamuniz265

We had the best experience at this dealership. We totally recommend Maritza if you are going to buy a car. Maritza was so helpful and patient with us and she made the process of buying a car so easy. 10/10 for sure!

All around excellent car buying experience! - Raile.james

All around excellent car buying experience! They asked the right questions and helped me pick the right vehicle to meet my needs. We were in and out of finance super quick, and I can't say enough about how kind the whole team is.

My sales associate was Brenda Loudermilk, one of the best - Chuck Miller

My sales associate was Brenda Loudermilk, one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had, no one was pushy or trying to pressure me into buying.I spoke with Scott McNeill and his family while I was there and very welcoming, everyone there seemed to be happy I was there. Great place and great group of people to do business with. But I can't say enough about Brenda Loudermilk, we had several different conversations not pertaining to the vehicle. And she answered every question I had about the car and was very knowledgeable about it. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future,
