Every time I come here for service, this dealership is a disappointment. I get free maintenance here through my new car purchase, but it is so bad, I am tempted to pay to go somewhere else. For example, I disappointment. I get free maintenance here through my new car purchase, but it is so bad, I am tempted to pay to go somewhere else. For example, I just arrived for my appointment and they told me it would be significantly longer than the time I was told when I made the appointment. I specifically told the scheduler that I needed to have my car by a certain time to pick up my children from school. Now that I am here, I am told it will not be finished in time to pick them up. I can therefore not get the work done today. I have taken time off work to get this done and now my time is wasted. Go elsewhere for your service if you can! More

Time to complete anything there is ridiculous… waited over 2 hours just to get car inspected even though I had an appointment.
