In the last two months, we have purchased two Toyotas. I have a brand new FJ Cruiser. A very new experience for me. I love this vehicle. Some say it has a rough ride , but I have been amazed at how well it have a brand new FJ Cruiser. A very new experience for me. I love this vehicle. Some say it has a rough ride , but I have been amazed at how well it rides on regular street surfaces and the comfort level it high. Mr. Wes Wheeler, my sales associate, he was very courteous and helpful in showing me all the things my FJ could do. In all the excitement of the purchase I have to admit that I only absorbed about half if the info., but that's what the Owners Manual is for. I also wish to commend Mrs. Shannon Wilson your Financial representative. She was wonderful. Really knew her stuff and made it ALL clear to me. She made me feel comfortable while signing my life away, again! Last but not least, I want to mention your Sales Mgr. Eric Lawhon. I felt that he gave me a good price offer on my FJ and was very cooperative in accommodating any requests that I had regarding packages and extras for the FJ. Very friendly and smiled all the time. I have had a very good experiences at Modern Toyota in both sales and service. My FJ has not been serviced yet, but my husbands Tacoma has. First rate all the way. Thank You Mrs. Brigitte Setzer More
We were Blessed by Nancy Smith and the Sales Mgr, Kerry ?. We are especially glad to have met such a sensitive and non assuming group of sales people. Ie, the replacement of a car Christian emblem that could not be taken off the trade-in. She bougt and sent us a new one. I will do business again with her and Modern Toyota. The salesman was very courteous, and helpful. He helped with the offers and offered other alternatives, to get this vechicle ( such as the lease PROGRAM ). When a price for the unit was agreed upon, he had with the offers and offered other alternatives, to get this vechicle ( such as the lease PROGRAM ). When a price for the unit was agreed upon, he had the car serviced and cleaned. The dealership was exceptionally clean and for me the purchase was great !!!! More
Never owned a Toyota before so don't know much about them yet. But so far we are enjoying the car. Mike was great, not pushy but explaing everything to our satisfaction. Andrew was very knowledgable and explained the new Pruis technology to us. He took us for a test drive and explained the models available. I was dreading going to look for a car because of all the hassel with car dealers in the past. When we arrived at Modern, everyone there was super friendly. Andrew was our salesman and I can honestly say his hassel with car dealers in the past. When we arrived at Modern, everyone there was super friendly. Every question we asked was answered or he found out the information for us readily. My husband and I were also impressed with "everyone's" friendly/helpful attitude. Can't say enough. They have a great customer relations manager, Bryan Johnson that made sure I was being taken care of and as the car I was purchasing that day was a gift, I asked him if they had big bows for cars, he said no but they should and left next thing I know he returned with a BIG bow in hand, now that is customer service! I truly felt cared for and that goes a long way with me. I will be back and have had my RAV4 serviced there and the service department is excellent too ,quick, friendly and knowledgable staff. More
I went and looked at a new Toyota and must have gotten a bad salesman. It was late on a Saturday and he had already left the showroom in is own mind. I mean he was friendly enough, but he was on engaged in bad salesman. It was late on a Saturday and he had already left the showroom in is own mind. I mean he was friendly enough, but he was on engaged in really selling a car I cannot even remember his name that tells you anything. We ended up waiting until Monday and called a Toyota dealer in Greensboro. They had the same car just about and worked a deal that saved us $1000.00 over Modern. I have gone to Modern a few times to look at a car before buying elsewhere. I have not really had a great experience with them. More
I purchased a 2007 Camry at Modern Toyota and have regularly taken it back for oil changes and scheduled maintenance. The Service Department personnel are friendly, knowledgeable about my car and per regularly taken it back for oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
