I had scheduled a 1pm appointment for their "Express Service" center, for a 10K mile service. By 1:42pm, they had not started on my car. I spoke with a rep, who was very polite and understanding, but I explained I did not have all day to wait, especially when I made an appointment more than two weeks before. At the least, they could have warned me it would take a while when I first arrived. They bumped me up in line, and even with that, it was not until after 2:30pm that I got my car back. I will only schedule service now first thing in the morning. More

The floor manager was equally helpful in explaining what CostCo auto purchase benefit and Toyota cash rebates were in writing, though he should not have said that additional $1k cash rebate was available only on that weekend (later verified with the financial manager that it was good thr 4/30/18). Nevertheless, overall experience was one of the best we ever had with our local Toyota dealers. More
