I used to be a luxury car owner and had been spoiled by what they offer you during vehicle service (loaner vehicle, washed vehicle) I felt on previous visits Toyota did not follow through on informing me on parts ordered for repair and when they were expected to arrive so I could return and have them complete the work. On this visit the service adviser met with me after the service was completed and explained in detail what was done and what was expected on the next visit. This did not happen on my previous visits, and I am glad they took the time to explained what was done. So this makes it worthy of 5 stars. Waiting area is nice and clean with refreshments at the Modesto location, but I really wish they would wash the car after they service it . More
