Very Professional I had an appointment to meet with a sales rep and showed up about 2.5 hours early. There was no problem at all. They got me in to see someone, showed me the cars I wanted, explained the difference in car packages, and gave me a test drive. The salesman was VERY knowledgeable and patient. Once I had decided to buy the car, everything was painless. They got me in and out of there, guiding me the whole way. They gave me precisely what I wanted and didn't tack any surprises on the bill or try and up-sell me on anything I didn't want. And I got a great price. They even had two guys follow me home; one driving the car in which I came, and the other driving a vehicle in which to take them both back to the dealership. I, of course, drove home my brand new car. It was the most painless car purchase I have ever had. More
