Service department. Service department is horrible. I had an appointment to have my oil change and front break pads replaced. My appointment was for 9 AM I told the ser Service department is horrible. I had an appointment to have my oil change and front break pads replaced. My appointment was for 9 AM I told the service rep I would wait until car was done. At 2 PM I asked if my car was almost done as I had to go back to work. I was told they had not started on it yet and he did not know when they would be able to get started. I asked him to pull my car and left. I waited 5 hours for nothing. The only good thing about the service department is the free coffee. More

Not Happy with my service I took my Corolla in for a Recall for air bag.. I got there in the morning 8:30 to drop of my car. I was told between 4 to 5 hours. It was around 12: I took my Corolla in for a Recall for air bag.. I got there in the morning 8:30 to drop of my car. I was told between 4 to 5 hours. It was around 12:30 so i called they said that Jonathan was out to lunch. he would call me back with a responds. It was 1:00 we went to the dealer . Jonathan was not back yet. But someone else help me she told me she was going to the shop. She was talking to a man that person drove my car into the shop for the first time that day. i know this because i have a small stick on Calendar and when it was being drove into the shop i saw the pages of the calendar flap in the wind. And when i got into my car it was in the dash board not on the airbag side. I am a little bit up set because i had to find someone to pick up my son from school. I live in Turlock so i know i would not make it and i also canceled a doctor"s appointment. I felt I took my car early enough so i would have time in to pick up my son. More
