Bought my last car here and should have come straight back. I had trouble finding someone who was interested in selling me a Toyota. A second dealership didn't know his inventory, couldn't find the car I wanted (we wandered around the lot)and told me not to bother going to any other dealership because no one had the car in stock. Then came Steven Parks....he asked questions to make sure he understood, compared models, and definately made sure I got what I wanted. I felt like he was helping me as if he knew me, and not just another customer. Excellent customer service and I would recommend him and this dealership. More

We made dinner plans allowing the finance department to take an hour and a half, they were so organized that we were out of there in less than half an hour. After 3 months of online research for a used vehicle I could afford with my bad credit, that was worth the money being spent on it. I received an email from Modesto Toyota about a sale and a truck I could easily afford even with my bad credit. After I got to Modesto Toyota we discovered with my bad credit and no money down the truck did not qualify for financing below 24% interest. So the tall funny guy in the lobby said, "I have another truck that could work." Tomake a long story short...an hour later I drove away in a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLE 4dr in EXCELLENT if not NEW Condition, ten times the other truck was as far as all the bells and whistles were concerned. The Dodge had half the mileage of the other truck to. It only cost $2,000 more and was WELL WORTH my money. I am a HAPPY CAMPER! We had the option to buy a Sequoia at a dealership located about 20 minutes from us. They gave us 3 different discounts for the same car ranging from $10,000 to $2,000 off the price. All we got from Freeman Toyota was denials, lies and the runaround. Looking on the internet we found Modesto Toyota and gave them a call. From the beginning they were up front with the info and prompt with communications, not to mention honest. So a 2 1/2 hour drive verses a 20 minute one and we are still very happy with the GREAT deal and the friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great price, honest personal, expedient process and a pleasant experience in purchasing an automobile. More
