We met Kasey about Chevrolet in Ballston Spa and had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Kasey Knickerbocker, was fantastic. We met Kasey about a year ago when we were just starting to explore options. Although we didn’t buy a truck at that time, Kasey left such a good impression that we headed back to Mohawk when we decided it was time to buy. Kasey was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He knows the inventory well and understands the differences between the trucks. He gave us helpful input without being pushy. He was responsive throughout the process and truly a pleasure to deal with. The dealership itself is top-notch. It’s a newer facility and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. If we find ourselves in need of another vehicle down the road, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Kasey and Mohawk Chevrolet. Highly recommend. More

went with my 2016 buick lacrosse to see why it was running rough . they told me i had a brioken valve spring (WRONG) they left my water cap loose ( i lost a lot of my antifreeze on my ride home , i co running rough . they told me i had a brioken valve spring (WRONG) they left my water cap loose ( i lost a lot of my antifreeze on my ride home , i complained later that they did that ( all they did was top off the tank and told me it was fine now , went later after looking at new chev cars and seen antifreeze on the ground under my car ( they overfilled the tank) NOW I HAVE MY 2016 BUICK TORN APART IN MY DRIVEWAY SEEING WHATS WRONG ( NO BROKEN VALVE SPRING AND A VACUUME HOSE THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO FAR ( cant take it anywhere because its off the road , now im driving a brand new CHEV TRAX with 400 miles on it and it needs to go back to MOHAWK CHEV because of a check eng light is on ANY THING ELSE YOU WANT TO KNOW !!!! More
