Dropped my car off 3/30 at 3:30 p. m. for an appt. on 3/31 at 10:30. Alyssa (very nice) asked what time I wanted the car ready I told her 1:00 on 3/31 (remember, my appt was for 10:30) m. for an appt. on 3/31 at 10:30. Alyssa (very nice) asked what time I wanted the car ready I told her 1:00 on 3/31 (remember, my appt was for 10:30). Went to pick up my car up around 1:30 and it wasn't ready. Come to find out it was just being driven into the service dept. Every time I go the car is NEVER ready. Dealers are much more expensive than privately owned garages but I like to try and maintain my car with a Chevy dealer. For instance, of course when I pulled the car in I was told that I needed an alignment, not the first time that's happened. I believe she said it was $169.00 and she said they did a marketing survey comparing private and dealer owned garages. I'm getting it done for $99.99 elsewhere and yes it's a reputable garage in Ballston Spa. Call around and see. All said and done I asked to speak to the Service Manager and he did not charge me for my oil change. I was very appreciative of that because it shows they care. More
