Passive Aggressive I try to charge my car there. It is not a Chevy, and I get a terrible response from one particular employee named Craig. This has happened on at least I try to charge my car there. He acts as if I am a major nuisance. Last time I went there, he said, "Yeah, I'll do it if I get around to it." The place wasn't even busy. I came back and my car was never plugged in. More

Service I have bought many cars from lots of different dealerships but they Day I bought my first car from Northstar was the day I never shopped around again. I have been treated so good by everyone who works there but I have to say the main reason I'll never buy anywhere else is because of how well the service department has taken care of me. The service manager calmed me down when my brand new camaro got hit and assured me they would fix it like new and that is exactly what they did. This is not my first car I have taken to them and each time they have gone above and beyond to take care of me. I don't think the owner knows just what an amazing group of employees they have but but thanks to the service manager and crew I am a forever customer. More

Northstar Chevrolet I just finalized the lease of a 2016 Malibu at Northstar. I like Northstar because it's a much smaller dealership than the other 2 "conglomerate" dea I just finalized the lease of a 2016 Malibu at Northstar. I like Northstar because it's a much smaller dealership than the other 2 "conglomerate" dealerships in the area. Originally, I had my heart set on a 2017, but Jack Hebert, my salesman, steered me towards a 2016 because the incentives were better. They have a smaller inventory, so I had to wait a week or two before the car that met my speacs arrived. Basically the same car as the 2017 and I saved a good deal of money. Mike Bowers, the general manager, seems like a pretty straight shooter. I'd recommend Northstar for those looking for a Chevy and would prefer to work with what feels like a more family oriented operation than the "let's make numbers" conglomerates down the road. More
