Not satisfied at all with the way we were treated. Drove 60 minutes to pickup my new 2020 2500 LTZ spent 90 minutes and were told they did not have my insurance card ready. Drove back another 60 minutes back home. the next day I go back and the girl who took care of me never went out to my truck to show me anything. I check my diesel exhaust and the fluid was almost empty. With the amount of money spent you would think they would be more professional. As far as I am concerned I will not be back and will definitely speak with others about my experience. More

I gave her all the info needed, exactly the car I was looking for, as well as any added packages I wanted. I gave her the number I needed to beat and she came in below that! She answered all my questions quickly and made the entire car buying process VERY pleasant! I'm very happy I went with her and would give the entire process a 10/10.
